MTF is offered by Centrum Finverse Limited (CFL) in accordance with SEBI Circular CIR/MRD/DP/54/2017 dated June 13, 2017, the SEBI Master Circular for Stock Brokers and the applicable NSE/BSE circulars, as amended from time to time. MTF is a leveraged product. The funded amount carries interest as per CFL’s tariff, and other charges as notified. Funded securities are held by way of pledge in the ‘Client Securities under Margin Funding Account’. Only Group I securities/ETFs notified by the Exchanges are eligible, and eligibility may change. If margin falls short of the prescribed level, CFL may call for additional margin and may liquidate funded or collateral securities without further notice, as per the Rights & Obligations and CFL’s Risk Management Policy. Losses may exceed the initial margin.
